How ICG Consulting, Inc. handles information submitted through this website, contact routes, and related intake infrastructure.

Privacy

This page describes how ICG Consulting, Inc. may handle business information submitted through this website, including discreet inquiries, RFP or intake submissions, and file uploads. It is written for a professional B2B context and should be read together with the Cookies and Terms pages.

Operator and scope

The operator of this website is ICG Consulting, Inc. This page applies to information received through the website itself, including ordinary page access, business correspondence initiated through the site, and materials intentionally submitted through the site’s contact routes.

Information we may receive

Depending on how you interact with the site, information received may include your name, organization, role or title, business email address, phone number, country or geography, project domain, timing, scope or objective, output expectations, confidentiality or routing notes, uploaded materials, file names, file types, file sizes, and the content of any correspondence you choose to send. Ordinary technical logs, security events, IP-derived operational data, and anti-abuse verification data may also be generated in the course of site delivery, validation, and abuse prevention.

Contact routes and uploads

The site provides separate intake routes for discreet inquiry, RFP or structured intake, and file upload. Submitted form content and uploaded materials may be stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage under route, date, and submission identifiers. Intake notifications may be routed through a private notification channel so that ICG can review the submission and respond where appropriate.

How information may be used

Information may be used to review inbound requests, determine project fit, respond to inquiries, route materials internally, prepare or discuss a potential scope of work, support direct client or partner-led workstream assessment, maintain business records, protect the site and related infrastructure, and comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, or security obligations. ICG does not use site-submitted information for public marketing narratives, client publicity, or publication of project materials without permission.

Basis for processing where required

Where applicable law requires a stated basis for processing, ICG may rely on one or more of the following: legitimate interests in operating, securing, and administering the site and related business communications; steps taken at your request before entering into a business relationship; performance of a contract if an engagement later exists; compliance with legal obligations; and, where necessary, consent.

Confidentiality and disclosure

ICG treats client, prospect, partner, and submitted business materials as business-confidential by default, subject to the practical limits of ordinary site and service-provider operations. Information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary to operate the site or a business engagement, to use technical service providers, to protect rights, systems, or security, to investigate abuse, or to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable contractual obligations.

Technical environment and service providers

The website is delivered through Cloudflare-managed infrastructure and related security services. Current site operations may involve Cloudflare Workers, Turnstile verification, R2 object storage, DNS, certificate, caching, bot-protection, application-delivery functions, and Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page usage and website performance measurement. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for privacy-oriented site measurement and is not used by ICG for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking. Intake notifications may also be routed through Telegram or another private notification or email service selected by ICG. Additional service providers may be used where reasonably necessary for communications, storage, security, analytics, or technical operations, but the site is not designed to expose public contact channels beyond the controlled intake routes selected by ICG.

International handling

Because site delivery, security, communications, storage, and project handling may involve infrastructure or counterparties across multiple jurisdictions, information submitted through the site may be processed, stored, or accessed internationally where operationally required. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border handling, ICG intends that such handling be supported through the relevant service-provider and legal mechanisms appropriate to the actual operating model.

Retention

Information is intended to be retained only for so long as reasonably necessary for intake review, communications, engagement preparation or performance, operational recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute management, or security purposes. Test submissions and declined or obsolete intake materials may be deleted manually. The exact retention period may vary depending on the nature of the submission, whether an engagement follows, and whether a legitimate legal or operational need remains.

Security

ICG seeks to use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the site’s scale and purpose, including controlled intake routes, anti-abuse verification, private object storage, and non-public notification channels. No internet-facing system should be treated as absolutely secure, and users should avoid sending highly sensitive, regulated, or third-party-restricted material through an initial web contact route unless and until a more specific and agreed channel has been established.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable law provides rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, you may request review through the site’s contact route. ICG may need to verify identity, authority, and scope before acting on a request, and may decline or limit a request where retention or continued handling remains justified by law, contract, security, or legitimate operational necessity.

B2B context

This website is intended for professional and business use by clients, prospective clients, consulting or CI partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and other business contacts. It is not directed to children, and it should not be used to submit consumer-account, patient, or other unrelated personal information except where strictly necessary for a defined business communication.

Updates to this page

This page may be updated as the site’s technical stack, intake routes, and operating model evolve. The version published on the site at the time of use will govern that visit or submission unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
