Use of the site

This site is provided for general business communication and informational purposes. It is intended for professional, commercial, and institutional users seeking information about ICG Consulting, its operating logic, domains, selected dossiers and project coverage, and its intake routes.

No advisory or engagement relationship

Use of the site, submission of a form, upload of materials, automated confirmation, or exchange of preliminary communications through the site does not by itself create an advisory, contractual, fiduciary, medical, legal, regulatory, or other professional relationship. Any professional services, including direct client engagements and partner-led or subcontracted workstreams, should arise only through separate written agreement where applicable.

Site materials and reliance

Materials on the site describe the general operating logic, positioning, professional scope, domains, and selected applied work of ICG Consulting. They are not a substitute for a signed statement of work, project proposal, scoped engagement, or advice tailored to a specific factual situation. Visitors should not rely on site content as a final basis for commercial, clinical, legal, regulatory, technical, engineering, or investment decisions.

Selected dossiers and project coverage

Selected dossiers, case materials, project titles, and project records may be anonymized, edited, consolidated, reframed, or generalized for confidentiality and presentation. They are illustrative rather than exhaustive, may combine multiple phases or related assignments, and do not necessarily reproduce the full scope, sequence, findings, or deliverables of an engagement.

References to industries, therapeutic areas, technologies, geographies, client types, companies, products, assets, or other market actors do not by themselves identify a client, confirm work for a named party, disclose confidential information, or imply client authorization, endorsement, or a continuing relationship unless expressly stated.

Inbound submissions

Materials submitted through the site should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for initial review unless a more secure or expressly agreed channel has been established. Submission of material does not obligate ICG Consulting to accept an inquiry, review all submitted materials, retain them indefinitely, respond to every request, return submitted files, or enter into any engagement.

File uploads and technical routing

File-upload and intake routes are provided for controlled business intake only. Submitted form content and files may be routed through site infrastructure, anti-abuse verification, private object storage, and private notification channels for review. Upload functionality should not be treated as a secure data room, client portal, regulated records system, or substitute for a separately agreed confidential transfer channel.

Confidential and sensitive material

The site is designed to support structured intake, but visitors should exercise judgment before submitting highly sensitive, regulated, export-controlled, patient-identifiable, legally privileged, or third-party-restricted material through ordinary web forms. Where an inquiry progresses, more appropriate handling arrangements may be agreed separately.

Partner-led workstreams

Consulting, CI, research, expert-network, advisory, or other business partners may use the intake routes for partner-led or subcontracted workstreams. Any confidentiality, white-label, non-client-facing, source-handling, deliverable, liability, ownership, or permitted-use terms for such work should be governed by the applicable NDA, master agreement, statement of work, subcontract, or other written arrangement, not by general site use alone.

Permitted use

You may use the site only for legitimate informational and business-contact purposes. You may not use it in a way that interferes with site operation, attempts unauthorized access, circumvents technical protections, introduces malicious code, uploads unlawful or harmful material, harvests data at scale, or misrepresents your identity, organization, authority, or right to submit materials.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the site content, structure, layout, wording, visual presentation, selected dossiers, project records, and underlying materials remain the property of ICG Consulting or its licensors. Reuse, redistribution, republication, adaptation, extraction, or commercial exploitation beyond ordinary reference should require prior permission.

Availability and technical operation

ICG Consulting may revise, suspend, restrict, or remove parts of the site, its content, forms, file-upload routes, or technical routes without notice. The site is provided on an ordinary operational basis and may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, security controls, service-provider behavior, or technical interruption.

Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its contents are provided without guarantees of completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
